I recommend nose tape and fully tape your mouth so if ever need a gasp of air you will suffocate and chew gum 24/7 and in your sleep and take 300g of protein and and run at a hill incline at a fast speed and favorite pre is peptol bismol

I lowkey used to think you were insane for how much you worked out but now I work out 11 times a week doing the gym and pilates…and I get it girl. I’ve never felt better. I feel more confident in my body, I move more naturally. I just feel better overall. I could definitely afford to work out less, I’m still finding that balance, but I think about you when I do pilates.

because of my work, i dont really have the time to go to a gym, but i workout at home and GIRL. i started jumping rope and i feel so much more energetic and i have myself thinking i want to go home from work to WORKOUT, to jump rope, to do this and that instead of wanting to go home to lay down and go on my phone. Exercising really does make a huge difference on the daily basis.

7:35 this could be ur meniscus lol. i played soccer for 12 years and ran track for 4 and at 16 my dr told me both of my knees were equivalent to a 40/45 year old😁i had mri done bc it literally felt like my legs were ab to break off but not in an out of shape way lmao. try pt exercises to help strengthen and mobilize ur knee more
