tip for growing muscle! you’ve gotta eat more if you wanna grow certain areas of your body like your bum; workouts alone won’t change your appearance if you keep your nutrition the same. Don’t cut out any of your fav foods, just eat a lot of protein, and don’t under-eat! :)

Freshman year I got voted ugliest girl in the grade and there was a priv story abt how weird I was and people would add to it and everyone popular was on it. I’m a junior now and I have so many friends and my life completely changed. If anyone is going through shit rn trust me you gonna get up stronger than ever❤️❤️❤️

But there is a particular group of girls who were making group chats to insult me and I told them point blank to leave me alone. I’m happy that everything turned out good for you :). As for me I’m truly happy with my new friends.

I had very few friends in high school because I couldn’t (and still can’t) tolerate petty drama. No sense in having a lot of friends if some bring the drama because people in high school can be so fake.
Be careful with a gym membership. If you don't use it, it's not worth it. The only way I got out of my gym membership was the location I was going to they lost their lease. I was like that's a breach in our contract, can I cancel my membership? They finally let me cancel.

My granddaughter also in the UK had the same issues, but she now changed schools and is attending a mixed school She is so much happier now. It is important to have both girls and boys as friends in a school. Keeps you grounded.
