Great suburb because it is expanding and have near new facilities. However. 2024 and up. It is becoming very very populated. This is like the main shopping hub for multiple suburbs for now. Back in 2008, there was any large crowds. Now its always crowded, especially holidays, events like easter holidays etc and the number of schools expanding within the area and suburbs is creating major traffic delays as there is one road in and out .
