I think the way this should of properly been done is to find a equal distance that all the games could then have there vehicles used in for a more realistic way to tell. The modded cars aren’t based off them from the games it’s what ever was programmed by the modder

You can add III/VC/SA's "Stallion" same "Diablo"
You can add Taxis like IV's "Stanier 1st Gen" ,SA "Premier" ,VC "Stanier STD Classic"
You can add "Ubermacht Seraph" like SA's Sentinel

correction, gta iii infernus is a diablo according to leaked game files. in the beta it was called dyablo and looked more true to its rl counterpart
And gta 3 beta infernus was actually a lamborghini diablo not the jaguar xj220 like the current

Some vehicle on 5 (Turismo Classic and sentinel xs) have a new upgrade with hsw a.k.a. Hao's special works (Increase Top Speed which could be beaten the SA's car) Currently available on ps5, xbox series x/s in this time.
If PC version added a new version. I hope to be retesting on it.
Doesn't matter because all cars used in video are in stock condition without any upgrades because before GTA V you can't upgrade engine, etc stuff in any GTA game even in GTA SA you can only install visual upgrades like bumper, etc but nothing that affect performance (except nitro boost ofcouse)

Mostly from gta5mods website....just search gta v mods and It should be first in results....There were so many mods installed so I don't know which one is which but they all are from that same website.

It was part of IV pack and I installed it in older game version to get it to work.
You should be able to find IV pack on gta5mods if I'm not mistaken (have not modded the game in like 2 years so It may have been taken down or something)
