    I'm here in Utah valley, there is type and shadow, between Utah and Israel. The amount of people coming here is crazy and vast, like Israel. I've also talked to a few older sisters who have mentioned that there is a reason why God lead the saints to the land of salt and sage.

      Salt Lake City with the GSL/Jordan River/Utah lake mirroring the Holy Land would make sense that it would also be the New Jerusalem. I don’t think the Lord ever thought Missouri would end up being NJ. He had the saints try there but ultimately excused them from the efforts there. They then tried to establish it in Nauvoo. But ended up where it was always prophesied in Isaiah. There are no mountain tops in MO 😂

    The new SL Temple video posted by the Church today says that the SL temple will continue to be “a place of worship for hundreds of years to come”. I’m SO glad that we have the understanding, thanks to your videos, that many things will survive and continue through the millennium. Without knowing this, I think people would maybe wonder that Jesus is not coming for hundreds of years.

    Salt Lake smells when the billions of brine shrimp die. It isn't the lake it is the dead shrimp, particularly during certain times of the year.

    Wow, Jared really cool video talking to an intelligent and very cute American Jewish girl :-) I always wanted to go to see the Dead Sea and there is one particular flower that blooms there but it’s a type of lily nested within a lily which is beautiful. She’s into Native American culture and very much into the Jewish culture. Sounds like a good segue in to making the connection between Native American culture and ancient Hebrew immigration. Hint hint. I suppose a good icebreaker would be mentioning the fact that ancient Hebrew writing has been discovered on Native American artifacts in different parts of North America. I personally know one person who has one of those artifacts in their possession. It is amazing. I keep hoping to find something like that but I don’t think it’s going to happen. I love the fact that so much prophecy is coming true now, and the archaeology of North America that is being revealed not only proves that the book of Mormon is real and true, but also that the Bible is real and true, and that the story of Adam and Eve, in the story of the great flood are real. That is why scientists have not been able to find artifacts until recently because it has taken, hundreds of years to wash away the silt and mud and sand that was deposited on top of the remains of human civilization that was here before the flood. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Praise to our heavenly father and the Messiah.

    Isaiah 35:1 - "The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose.“ This unique scripture regarding both of these areas is astonishing. The symbolism between The Dead Sea / The Great Salt Lake, Jerusalem / Salt Lake City and Utah Lake / The Sea of Galilee could be studied for years. One of the seven deadly sins, namely greed, has polluted Utah Lake beyond measure. In 1849 Howard Stansbury and company stayed with the Timpanogos band of the Shoshone. He wrote about the indigenous people catching 15 pound cutthroat trout with which they feasted and celebrated life with Stansbury and his men.

    Of course it is a double womb, 1 God led the israelites out of the desert across the river jordan then 2 the Messiah was "born" and brought the gospel after his 40 days of purification in the desert and went imediately up to the temple (first temptation..JST ) Tyler and Taylor at scripture central on youtube give a very good discription of this geographically

    Salt lake does have brine shrimp which leads to to some of the lake stink. The dead sea, does not have any life.

    I live North of SLC, UT. We just went on a trip to Israel in the beginning of September 2022. It was amazing. Nobody tells you how HOT the Dead Sea is! Definitely a shocker when you’re walking up to it in the blazing hot climate and then you get into the hottest hot tub you’ve ever entered. I wondered if it ever cools down during the rainy season there? I did float in the Dead Sea. It does smell very strongly of sulfur. It was nice that they had some showers on the beach. Our tour guide advised us to not stay in the water for more than 10-15 min. At a time. I couldn’t even stand to be in there for 5 min. Way too hot! Jerusalem was amazing! Old Jerusalem is amazing! Everything we saw/experienced was just wonderful! She is right about the spirit you feel there. I didn’t know if it was just being there or if it was just how it is there. Going to the Temple Mount was a little nerve wrecking. If you want to know why, you’ll have to message me. Kind of a story. Thank you for doing this video with her! If it wasn’t for the crazy long flight in tiny seats, I’d go back in a heartbeat!

    • @bethanygonzales5529
      @bethanygonzales5529 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      And yes, it is much more smelly and buoyant than the Great Salt Lake, in my opinion. I’ve not submerged myself in the GSL, but I have stepped in it and walked around it many times. You can see all the way to the ground in the Dead Sea. Past your toes when you’re far out enough to stand up and not touch. It’s the coolest thing to be upright in the water and do scissors with your legs and there’s feet of water below your toes!!

    • @bethanygonzales5529
