Males do not like their kids usually. Its natural to generally kill the males before or after a certain age because its seen as a rival. The males job is done once they mate in this case. It's rare even in wild dogs for the males to commonly hunt or care for their kin. They do sometimes but they're mostly there for protection to ward off other males etc.

They'll destress and get along better if there isn't a need for the sex.
Reminds me of our cat, Biggie. He used to try it on with our female and my parents' females when we visited them. Now, all the cats involved had been altered, so no kittens were possible and there were no ovulation cycles. Biggie had also been neutered, so it wasn't even as if he had anything to work with. But Biggie, not being the brightest crayon in the box, apparently did not realize that. Then when the ladies were not receptive to his "rough wooing", as Hubby called it, he would go to Hubby, his favourite person, moaning that he had woman problems.

To all those saying and worrying about the welfare of these two dogs or concerned about their behaviour - you can see by the way Suki is with Shiro, it is more aggressively pushing him away with her teeth bare, rather than actually biting him. Which, actually shows she does care about him. She’s clearly agitated, and if she wanted too hurt him she would’ve done so. She just wants a break by the looks of it, we don’t have the capacity to ever fully understand how animals think but when you can think of it from the simplest form - if you’re agitated, you generally snap at friends, family. Nothing to be concerned about, unless of course it continues when she comes back 😖 which I certainly hope it dosent! They make a good pair.

uJhatafart00 I’ve never had a male dog, only female, so I have a bit of an insight. If a female dog simply doesn’t want to mate, they won’t allow a male to do them. It’s really up to them, my dog hasn’t let any dog touch her, but I also think cuz mine is fixed. Every dog is different though.
