is it just me or do your hitters not start moving backwards for a run up when the ball is going to the setter?
    regardless, great video!

Unsolicited internet advice: Some transition drills using free balls would help a lot! Outsides aren't always backing up to run in, middles getting in the way of setter etc.

from watching this vid the only bit of advice I can give is you need to stop hitting over on second touch as it gave the other team a chances to attack you need to try setting them I know that's difficult sometimes but you have more chance getting the point with a good strong hit (idk if this helps but good vid )

seeing vids like this makes me want to play volleyball in a team too, but unfortunately there are no boys volleyball teams near where I live and there are no boys volleyball clubs in my high school, there are only girl teams, so I just practice by myself or with a friend or 2. anyways great vid, the practice is showing : )
