Re: talkative friends I had a friend like Bill who did that, would talk your ear off with his stories. His name was Gary but we called him Gabby. Vietnam vet, half-crazy, decent construction contractor, better bass player, we were working on his 63 Chevy II restoration project, had a 383 stroker built for it, was putting in the drop spindles for the disc brake stuff when he had a bad stroke. Never got to finish it. Passed a little over a year ago. Would be cool to hear one of his stories again.
Sorry for your loss my friend. Never easy losing someone and unfortunately it just seems to get more and more the older we get until that one last time when the bell tolls for thee.
I hope no one ever says your friends get too much camera time, they add a whole dimension to your world. If I want a lonely old dude I’d watch mortske……..
alot of people think Bill is just an old Oklahoma hillbilly, nah that's not it at all..he has forgotten more than most of us will ever learn.momma always said hush your mouth and learn by watching .he is a legend when it comes to knowledge and adjustments to make things go vroom vroom..have a happy new year everyone
HOLY COW!!!!!!! Bill's truck is a huge dose of bad assery!!!!!!!!! I used to say that Slick needed his own channel, and he finally did, and he does it very well. Now I'm going to say that Bill needs his own channel. His car is toooooo nice to not be all over TH-cam. We need a Wild Bill t-shirt with this truck on it.
Bill is just a genius that likes to share his knowledge with good people so they don't have to learn the hard way. I can relate to that. Thanks Mr. Puddin.😊
So glad to see you guys today! Didn’t know if we would get a video today or not. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to get one out Jacob!👍🙏❤️
@@apocolypse11ya think so ? doesn't look like it to me , he's not taking dumb sponsors like all your favorite youtards ... i'm sure he gets inundated with people who want to pay him to schill their garbage products to us but he never does . he built a new home , a big awesome shop , bought his wife a new vehicle, himself a nice truck and he completed his dream car along with a bunch of other projects this year ... something tells me you don't want to compare bank accounts with him .
I really enjoy when you work with Bill and help him with some finishing touches on his hot rod. It helps you make content, it gets his truck closer to being a driver, and it is entertaining for us! Looking forward to Bill getting some glass in that machine and putting some shake down miles on it!
Bill is the best, one of those just naturally likable guys. Seems very knowledgeable about tuning carbs, a dying art. The vo tech schools should hire him as an old school consultant.
We need to get Bill to record some stories for prosperity because his stories will leave when he does and i am sure he has plenty to share. Thanks for stepping in to help him again Jacob and i appreciate all the content you give us
Having friendships like you have with Bill and Slick(most infectious laugh on TH-cam 😂) is something I am working on. I live about 2 miles west of Pot county and I’ve had more people who offer help, offer me their place to shoot and sight in my guns and crossbow, even offered me a place to hunt and open invitations to use their land to do things I can’t do where I currently live. People east of OK county seem to be good folks and have been very welcoming to a guy escaping the city hoping to own a little land with his own shop to work on his own cars. You’re a good dude surrounded by good people. If I ever see you out and about I hope you have Theo with you 😂 that would be awesome
That exhaust tuning trick brought back some great memories. When I was in trade school, my teacher brought in a guest who was a builder for circle track cars. I remember him telling us that's how they did it back in the day (except they painted the pipe and it would change color). Old timers have some pretty cool tricks! Thanks for another great video.
Man Bill, That's a badass old truck. You can't look at both sides at the same time. You better not drive it with shorts on. You'll burn the dog snot out of your leg.
I’m only 47 and I know a bit on the Holley carbs but I’ll tell you what. Old Bill just impressed the heck out of me. He’s pretty smart. Great job Bill. I wish I could hang with y’all . Great set of guys.
I think Wild Bill has finally broke his fear of the camera. I like hearing him speak on intelligent subject matter dealing with how and why he want his rig set up.
Hey puddin I was always taught to sharpen ur tungsten long ways with ur scratches going toward the point of the tungsten supposedly the electricity flows better that way
☝🏻🙄Yeah, I know, not my truck but, if it was, first thing off would be that goofy looking stagecoach canopy, followed by a four inch chop and some rear fenders. ☝🏻😉Hey, but that's just me!
Oklahoma wild man gone got all super, fister, caters all fancy hair styles and wireless weld machines no wonder he drive a S10 now all that uptown pot county living gone change him so much his dog,s gone fancy too 😅....lol I do like when Bill comes to the shop ...good friends good feeling about life ❤
I think its time for bill to start writing a list of things needed done to finish project and to gather All things associated with said project before coming over to the puddin shop, so youre not having to make 10 trips back and forth to his place. Ive helped friends who where disorganized as such and it would always make a 3 hour project into a full day project. Lol gotta love it 😂
Hello pudding I noticed you grinding your tungsten. What i do is shape it horizontally, then grind vertical. So the electricity will flow down the grain .it will concentrate at the point of your tungsten. .if not try
Bill blows me away with his knowledge of cars .. I knew exactly what he was doing and talking about when adjusting the rockers on that Truck you built . Fantastic video !
I've had great luck cutting mandrel bends on the evo saw. Chuck the clamp , hold the pipe to the angle you want and cut away. It was a game changer for me, reduced the belt sanding and got rid of my crooked death wheel and portaband cuts . Give it shot, just keep the fingers out of the way.
The old s10 you could do little rust repair an a little patina paint job on it an call her mint!! But hey it's just an ideal it's your build do what you like .that's what everyone needs to understand unless your building it for a client. No one should diss a build .you build your projects to your happiness who care what anyone thinks .Momma Didn't Raise NO DUMMY!! Lol
I've had a couple of s10s. The only way i got mine to get traction, I had to put a weight bar in it. But hit gas hard enough it still spun. I covered it with a bed cover or you could put a camper shell on it.
I supervised an installation at the Blue Plains Wastewater Treatment Plant in Washington D.C (Next door to the Naval research lab), off I295. Contactors were set up to weld some flight extensions on a screw conveyor when I came in. "Where's your ground?". "By the welder in the other building". "You're welding through the gearbox bearings".

Sorry for your loss.
Thank you for sharing your story. One day you and Gary will reunite with plenty more stories to come.
Sorry for your loss my friend. Never easy losing someone and unfortunately it just seems to get more and more the older we get until that one last time when the bell tolls for thee.
Sorry for the loss of your friend .. I'm one of those " talkative" friend types myself . Thanks for sharing your story about Gary . Godspeed
I hope no one ever says your friends get too much camera time, they add a whole dimension to your world. If I want a lonely old dude I’d watch mortske……..
Bill and Puddin's Excellent Adventures! Love it.
Can't wait for the movie version.
Bill is a perfectionist, he knows exactly what he wants, good for him and good for you helping him out.
Getting to know bill through your channel has been amazing. He is such a cool dude. You are very lucky to have him in your shop.
Good to see you getting to help Bill out again.

Hot Damn!!! Puddin and Wild Bill ride again!!!

Totally agree lol

Awesome Puddin has the best two channels on TH-cam ❤️Theo❤
Those pipes turned out great. Bill is a constant surprise with his knowledge about stuff.
Bill doesn't let on but we get to see bits of his vast knowledge here and there.
Always good to see Bill.
So glad to see you guys today! Didn’t know if we would get a video today or not. Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to get one out Jacob!👍🙏❤️
He's hurting for money of course he will upload.

That s10 is wild!!! Bills build is going to be on point old school!!!!
Of course we love having Bill around
I am excited for Bill. I can’t wait to see him cruisin’ the boulevard, comin by the shop to help.
Always love to see Wild Bill and you working together god bless you and your families
Love seeing you help Bill out on his Truck

Nothing like a little Puddin and Bill collaboration in the situation! 👍

Wild bill needs that foot print gas pedal on that wall in his hotrod

It is a wonderful thing you are doing to help Bill accomplish his dreams with his hot rod.
Paul jr sponsored this video😂
Bill thanks a lot of you, good for you spending time with him.
Here we go again. It’s time for another good one 👍👍
Hey hope you and your family had a great Christmas
Same here, I wasnt expecting a video today an to see Puddin pop up on my phone really got the heart beatin 😂 love ya buddy Merry christmas
I’m just here for Bill. I’ve really been binge watching both channels the past 3 days. I need a new project vehicle in my life.

I remember him telling us that's how they did it back in the day (except they painted the pipe and it would change color). Old timers have some pretty cool tricks! Thanks for another great video.
I came here to say this. Put a paint stripe on the tube, and the length is at the end of the paint burn off. @puddinsfabshop
That look on your face outside the shop when Bill started to rev that beast up was priceless. Like a kid on Christmas morn.
Man Bill,
That's a badass old truck.
Bill you got to take that canvas top off
Hope you and your family and friends had a great Christmas, thanks for the Bill hotrod update!
I think Wild Bill has finally broke his fear of the camera.
I like hearing him speak on intelligent subject matter dealing with how and why he want his rig set up.
Man,This is like a late Christmas present. We like seeing you guys doing some hot rodding.I bet Bill will index those spark plugs sooner or later.
Lunch break entertainment!
Hey puddin I was always taught to sharpen ur tungsten long ways with ur scratches going toward the point of the tungsten supposedly the electricity flows better that way
Hey, this is David. I've got a hat the size of Oklahoma
The ol' truck is lookin' good! Thanks Puddin and Wild Bill! And, thanks to Theo for being there for moral support!!
Bill is quite the inspiration! Hope he gets todo another build!
"One number what? Here, I'll show ya..." you go old school - teach em. Puddin mind blown
Man Bill is a treasure. See if he will let you get a caricature of him for merch and then give me long sleeves in a 3XL
👍👍 sounds like Bill knows what he’s doing!
Love Bill's rat-rod... he makes excellent content... and his expertise is legendary... more Bill please! Love y'all, MC/HH/HNY.
Really enjoy seeing Bill's project again and listening to his ideas on how he want it all. Very entertaining video!
Good to see Ole Bill and Puddin you are a Great Friend Awesome job 👍 on the Truck.
Bill sure is enjoying working on his truck. Like seeing him take part in the video.
Hello Puddin,Theo and wild Bill
Glad to see you helping out a old neighbor and a good friend. Keep up the good work. Pudding say hi to wild Bill for me! 🎉
Thanks for another great video Puddin
Pair of connecting rods would make cool hangers. Been done but fits the rat rod theme.
I like ol Bill's vision for this rod. 👍 And it sounds great too! (Even if it's only temporary) 😄
You can just tell Bill been around a lot of engines.
Happy Holidays 🎄
Great video Pudding. Love seeing Bill in the shop and his crazy wild truck. Happy holidays.
Bill is the cool old man I hope to be someday......Always good to see Bill!
Wild Bill with the knowledge you can't find anymore. Old school real mechanic luv his knowledge treasure him
that trucks coming together , looking good , but puddin we have to sit on our arse to watch you 😂🤣
☝🏻🙄Yeah, I know, not my truck but, if it was, first thing off would be that goofy looking stagecoach canopy, followed by a four inch chop and some rear fenders. ☝🏻😉Hey, but that's just me!
Two good friends together making a old hot rod cooler, thanks guys... :0)
lol i do that same thing bill does with his glasses im not the only one lol thanks bill for not making me look crazy
Exhaust by Bill and Puddin. Y’all do good work.
Can't wait to see Wild Bill's truck on the road. You're a good friend. Also Theo looks like the Christmas armadillo today.
Oklahoma wild man gone got all super, fister, caters all fancy hair styles and wireless weld machines no wonder he drive a S10 now all that uptown pot county living gone change him so much his dog,s gone fancy too 😅....lol I do like when Bill comes to the shop ...good friends good feeling about life ❤
Thats a sweet ride ole Bills got.
Thanks for taking us all along for the ride. Much blessings in 2025
dang bill with the billets on the van
man bill knows his stuff!
I think its time for bill to start writing a list of things needed done to finish project and to gather All things associated with said project before coming over to the puddin shop, so youre not having to make 10 trips back and forth to his place. What a great vid! Things you do joyfully for a good friend. Don't get any better than that.
Wild Bill needs a wild ride, and he's got it!!
Bill blows me away with his knowledge of cars .. I knew exactly what he was doing and talking about when adjusting the rockers on that Truck you built . Fantastic video !
It’s nice you help your friend. Bill is a pretty cool dude. Needs to get glass in it to drive it around.
That metal spider web is amazing Bill. 👍, so much work
The best way to make that exhaust look good is to cut the header behind the collector then extend the header tube's then put on the collector
It's always a good day when Wild Bill shows up
Very cool, Bill. Enjoy your ride.
Always a good vid with wild Bill in it
The way Wild Bill was Holdin on the Door I think he picked up the Flanged and a new pair of Underwear at the House, Fess Up!!!
Use a dedicated sanding device to sharpen your tungsten that way you don't contaminate it.
It’s almost like he don’t want to run it because he’s spent so much time building it.
Great to see Bill, you guys keep up the great work! 👍
Another great video puddin. We all look forward to each one! Keep em coming brother.
Wow that's cool as hell yeah man that sounds great to me too ❤❤❤😂❤❤

Old Bill knows his stuff when it comes to tuning.
I’d always recommend 4 tig tac’s when doing exhaust and flanges, reduces your chances of movement
Cue the burnt calf muscle... LOL
Looks good guys.

Bill doubling his glasses!! How does that even work?
Tungsten--non consumable metal
Puddin-- we can just see about that
😂😂😂
Puddin, good to see you sticking with the tig the last few videos. Keep it up, you seem to be improving. Much love from Scotland
I've had a couple of s10s.
