Sick riff! I’d recognise those drum samples anywhere, I highly recommend grabbing the free sample kit from Steven Slate Drums, they’ll sound infinitely better out of the box and you can do more with them in your mix
@@northlorn For free drums I think they sound incredible and more like my case I'm looking for a garage sound in terms of drums The truth is that I still don't know much about how to mix drums, but that will be my goal soon because you can get very good use out of this 🔥
@@zaiaku3430 I'm already composing music for my solo project, although I hadn't thought about including vocals, maybe it's something to reflect on 🤔 Thanks bro 🔥
@@Sabar0_S I'm realizing that when equalizing I treat the guitar almost as if it were a bass, maybe it's not the right thing to do but I think that kind of tone sounds like godzilla hahaha
I don’t know if you’re running a noise gate or compressor or if it’s editing but it feels like your chords sustain in the heavy part is cutting off earlier than you mean it to. If it’s a noise gate or compressor maybe back it off just a titch. Otherwise fantastic riffage I’d love to hear more.
@@metalavenger23 Well, there are many processes but yes, compression and equalization I feel are the basis for this type of "raw" sound that I try to look for.
@@northtimo666 The chain I always use is: eq, comp, screamer tube emulation, plini amp and more eq although I'm discovering that a lot of the secret to better tone comes in the group eq on your rhythm guitars. (I hope I understand a little, my language is not English) Thanks bro 🙌🔥
Saw the title and thought that was a bit of a long scale length for drop C#, then realised “oohhh… the OTHER C#…” 😂
Those are some beefy strings too. Way bigger than you’d see on a regular scale guitar.
Yeah same lol but then I saw the gretsch and got reminded of loathe and was like "oh yeah, I know what we're doing here"
Double drop C# ïs amazing
@@МаксимКоновалов-ю7у and it feels really cool to play that tone on this guitar 🤤🎸
