It seems legit to me. If he is doubting, he should ask for a Skype call or something to prove Mariusz is the owner of that PayPal account. Maybe going into "Contact" and sending a mail asking for it should do.
I dream he could play in duet with Al Di Meola the song Mediterraean Sundance. Now when Paco passed away (RIP) he could be the best guitarist to play the song together with Al Di Meola
