I’m retired now but I was a home health nurse. I took care of children with ventilators, tracheostomies and/or Gastro Tubes. I worked nights so hardly ever got good sleep. It’s sooo much better now! Thank you!!❤ You look awesome! Give hugs to your family for me!

I love getting up early in the morning. I get up every morning between 3:00 and 4:00am. I go to bed anywhere between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m. 7 days a week. I keep my house at 65° Fahrenheit and I never set an alarm. Works for me!

Thank you! I like your keto approach and what you said about ketones. I love how you explain things, some can’t deliver like you do. I am working on my sleep but I am almost 60 and still love to play video games. So I been putting down the controller and not let it control me 😊. I was wondering do you have a video on oxalates. I am reading a book “toxic superfoods” and find it quite interesting. I have early signs of arthritis in my foot. Only 1 month keto/oxalate free my pain went from 10 to 1. I have to look at food as my medicine. The pain keeps me away from processed carbs. Thanks for all you do!

I sleep 100% too, and have done for pretty much all my life. In contradiction to the doc, I keep a light on in the bedroom all night, keep the temp at least 23°c (going up to 29 on summer}, and exercise late too, I work until 8-9pm (starting at lunchtime) and sleep around midnight until 8-9am naturally. Just goes to show, we're all different.

I've taken Magnesium to help muscle cramps with my Hashimotos for years. I'd forgotten that I used to take Magnesium Glycinate before bed for quality sleep. Took it last night and for the first time in months I got more rhan 40 minutes deep sleep. Thanks for the video

I have never heard a percentage expressed that way before. I can't sleep more than 4-5 hours and have been like this for years. I would love 7-8 hours of sleep although I don't know what that actually feels like. I do not use an alarm clock and I wake up naturally. If I went to bed at 8:30 I'd be up between 12-1am.
