from the type of question i assume you're new to this, but here's a simple explanation 1-Offest is how much the wheel sticks out from it's center, this is usually imprinted on the rims with "ET" prepended to the offset value Ex: ET45, ET40, etc.. 2-To make the tyre stick out, you firstly pick rims with a nice offset that sticks out, you can also add offset manually by adding wheel spacers, which are made for this purpose ! (to make wheels stick out as needed).

@cbebelushu There are only 20% of Koni suspension. Other are custom made. So if you want a small clearance you can't just buy Koni suspension. You must shorten the suspension stem, change the body suspension , move the position of the coilovers screw. Sorry for English. I do not know some technical terms.

There are shortened spar, rolled fenders, beam set back, lifted motor on golf. Also suspensin is custom made.More stringent and shorter.

There are rolled fenders. You don't need any spacers if you mount 18x9.75 wheels with ET20.
There are a lot of work. Such as rolled fenders, displacement of the rear beam etc
