I’d say continue on the masterpiece of an album because every track is chefs kiss, but I second the other Matthew’s sentiment. Ashes in your mouth is a game changer. Great reactions man! Always look forward to the next megadeth one. 🤘🏻
There are plenty of Megadeth songs with great bass riffs. Check out 'My Last Words', an even older Megadeth track than 'Five Magics'. It has also has a very interesting bass track. Plus the song kicks ass.
This bassline and tone is soooo clean and dirty at the same time, technical yet simple. It's bloody incredible, glad you enjoyed Tabe, thank you for watching
If you want a hidden gem of a Megadeth song, I would suggest Burnt Ice off of United Abominations. I know its not 90s Megadeth but that song has some of my favorite drumming and solos out of any Megadeth song.
Thanks for another great Megadeth reaction. This album is one of the best of all time. Definitely agree, stay away from the remasters, except for the first album. Killing is my business and business is good. The remastered version, The Final Kill I think is a worthy remaster.🤘🏻👍🏻
Awesome reaction dude, thrash metal Thursday's sounds like a brilliant idea! If you are interested in newer thrash metal bands you should checkout the album Time is Up by Havok. Another masterpiece
Another great Megadeth reaction. Fun facts: each lyric at 5:56 has five syllables (the five magics) and the section that starts at 4:58 is in 5/4 time (maybe 5/8? It’s been a long time since I had to figure that out lol.)
@@ExploringTheSmoke I know, right? I think even my old music teachers would have a hard time. You HAVE to do the Skull Beneath the Skin soon. I guarantee you’ve never heard any other metal song like it. The sections are eclectic and insane but the drumming is so spectacular that it all hangs together. It’s on Killing is my Business…and Business is Good!
@@ExploringTheSmoke Oh, and make sure to get the version from The Final Kill. They spent their budget for the original album on drugs and booze, so it sounds awful lol. One of the rare occasions where the remaster is better than the original.
Truly a masterpiece especially with all those guitar solos and bass Next, try to listen to songs off the Endgame album and the last one that came out last year “The Sick, the Dying, and the Dead”
Another great Megadeth reaction 👌👍🔥 can't wait until you get to the song "Back in the day", not sure which album it's on, have a great day and keep puffin while exploring.
Wow, you can hear the base with those tiny headphones? Need to get ones that cover your ears and have a bigger diaphragm to get the full range of sound!
"Eradication of Earth's population loves Polaris!" Megadeth had a problem in the 80s and 90s: they couldn't help it, they were just plain badass! Dave went to rehab like 22 times to help with his bad assery but to no avail. Remastered Take No Prisoners is 🔥🗑
If you do end up doing more Megadeth after this album, you should definitely check out their following album, "Countdown To Exctinction". It's a bit watered-down compared to this one, but it's still a very good album.
Rust in peace is the definition of what metal should be. It has everything you could ever want plus more.
Thank you Baldr, glad you enjoyed 💪🏻
@firemonkey1015 100% buddy. Every song is skull crushing.

Thank you for all the comments Matt, I appreciate you, ashes in your mouth, DEFINITELY coming soon 💪🏻
this album is masterpiece🔥🔥
It is VERY good so far from what I've heard
I've listened to Megadeth since about '89 and this bass line sounds perfectly sinister. Like their's something coming. It's a perfect set up.
It's so eerily sinister, that's a very good description thank you Davidian 🤘🏻

The bass tone in that early part has the warmest tone. This was the first cd I ever bought. The album came out a few months earlier.

Ooooh thank you pressman, I'll bear that in mind, Glad you're enjoying the reactions
I'm glad you're doing the original album version of this song and not the remastered version. This original version is superior to the remastered
The remasters of ANY Megadeth song make me want to puke haha
There is Hamlet, Don Quijote, Rust in Peace, Kubrick movies, etc...
Masterpieces
Cheers! Smoke explorer
Haha a very good analogy!! Glad you enjoyed, thank you Hector
Dawn Patrol last song on the Album is bass
