I get why you laughed. The riot you are thinking of is claimed to be “insurrection,” even though no one was charged with that. Also, the main charge that they received was thrown out by the Supreme Court. Tok said what he said, because the right hardly ever even protest. A lot of the video footage from that day did not get released until near the end of 2023. It shows cops in and out of uniform instigating the violence. This video was kept from defendants for their trials. A reporter that had been going through some of the 44,000 hours of video realized that he was sitting in on the court case of some of the video he had seen. The police officers were testifying the opposite of what he saw on video. Two officers were lying. One of the officers was in a separate building than the one he was testifying he witnessed an attack in. The officer that was in that building testified he was being attacked by the men whose trial it was. The video showed that the accused men were helping the officer. When the reporter reported the truth with accompanying video, he was arrested and charged with things he did not do. His trial is still pending, but video of him was released. He was not doing anything that he was charged with. He was leaning against a wall videoing and reporting. They charged many people with things they did not do, and threatened them to take a plea deal, or receive additional charges that came with twenty years. One man who was cooperating, because he knew he was innocent, ended his life when they added new charges against him. Agents later called his aunt and told her they didn’t think the charges would have stuck. They are playing games with people’s lives for power. Their sentiments over what happened to President Trump, are the same sentiments many of them have over his supporters. They have been calling for our elimination for some years now. Public brainwashing by the politicians, left leaning news media, and celebrities has people desiring harm to come to us. Some of those involved in the brainwashing are fully aware they are lying, and the others are believing them and perpetuating the lies they have heard. When President Trump was in office he didn’t round up political enemies, even though crimes had been publicly exposed.

I was not a Trump Supporter at first In 2015 but I realized He wanted the same things that I did. So I voted for Him; not expecting much. Then, He did everything that He said He would. I’ve been ardently in support of Him. The things that have been done to Him have been horrible. We have been in fear of an assassination and expecting one. Trying times bring the best out of some and the worst in others.
He gave me a song to scream with to vent the shock, horror, confusion, anger and the ultimate triumphant F.O. to the crazies writing obscenely vile hatred on the socials.
This song was a great way to vent all the emotions in the aftermath. It helped immensely. ❤

Fun fact: Tom got a call from his sister Jenna telling him what happened to Trump, he didn’t see it happen. Nova was with him and immediately started tearing up and said “how could someone do that?” Tom then went directly on Twitter and saw how some people were actually upset that Trump survived! Then Tom started to pace through his home for about an hour before he made the decision to write the song. Tom produced the beat, and Evan had it mastered by midnight. Tom and Nova shot the video immediately and Nova edited it and had the video finished by 2:30 in the morning!! They went to bed and got up at 7 am to drop it by 8 am!! So, they had this done in about eight hours time!!

I noticed that this event seemed to really get to Tom and Nova and that they both have moved to the right because of it. I thought that Me vs You was good but a little too much fence sitting for me.

Tom was previously calling for unification. What happened pissed him off so much that he's chosen a side. In the video that he and Nova did on her "Not Nova Rockafeller" channel about this song and video, Tom said it was the ass-holes lamenting in tweets that the shooter missed that pushed him to side with the right against the left. It not only angered and disgusted him that they were lamenting Trump surviving the attempt, it was also their utter disregard for the innocent people who were killed and critically injured. Destiny epitomizes the insanity and hypocrisy of the left, and I'm glad he got banned for supporting the attempted-murder of Trump and the murder of Corey who died shielding his family with his body.
