But I have already stopped all communication with them. Now I just need to exorcise their energy from my psyche - which is why I am currently in therapy processing and healing from PTSD. But it’s sad knowing people are so selfish and just siphoning your energy… I think I am currently grieving the loss of innocence in believing that people had my best intention. I pray that I can get to a point soon where the people in my life have good intentions for me. In the last couple of years, and even in the last couple of months I have been enforcing boundaries to protect myself, which is why it’s hard to hear this message again.
I know you are going by the law of attraction in stating that it is in our control to take back our power from other people and have positive thoughts about our future, and you are certainly right. But I think that blame should also be placed on those energy vampires and narcissists who have caused people trauma. Dealing with trauma is complex and it’s not always as simple as having positive thoughts. Still, I do appreciate the messages.
