Finding parts for Nissan / Vauxhall / Renault vans is no joke. I have a 2007 Movano and even finding the simplest of bits like the passenger cup holder or the original clear side repeaters has proved to be difficult. Have a look on eBay for ANY secondhand parts and you'll be lucky to find one of whatever you need. Glad nothing major needs replacing yet!
Another one down guys but very interesting Rob can I just say I don't no if you approve but could all of your subscribers keep the people in Plymouth and say a prayer for the families who have lost loved ones may they rest in peace
hi rob and chris watched all your videos just noticed watching your videos on the nissan nv200 there is a ford badge on the front bottom lol keep up the good work guys .
I love watching Chris he's clearly,..."a man of action" , I know he surprises Rob at times... It's a really good partnership to watch,...others should take note who are thinking of starting a business or working in partnership with someone,....Rob your enthusiasm for a started engine, is awesome it could possibly be in parallel in something else in life , but that's for hub or late t.v watchers , 'AHHH, YES,...YES,...YES ...! Enough said ehhh, awesome guys great work and always interesting , thanks.
Chris what a man you are, would hire you in the morning for any job!! Keep the good work up Rob and Chris brilliant combo of lads. Channel is doing well but honestly it deserves a lot more viewers with the hard work yous have put in. Been watching 2 years. This channel will be massive soon, please don’t sell yourself to a tv channel 😭 because that’s coming because yous are the best
Great video, so that's how the paint is done, I have a paint supplier who makes my paint cans each one a perfect match and gun like nozzles on them but always wondered how he made up the paint and cans, he always makes them in the backshop so I have never seen it done
Nice to see Chris taking more of the spotlight ,he's a very handsome man ,and very capable. Thanks for all your tremendous work , and your honest approach to business .
Another super demonstration of how to use that doser. Looks so easy when it's in the hands of professionals. I like how you both work so well and uniformed together. 👍👍👍👍👍
cracking video guys,, i did giggle to myself though,, "rob" u said if u haven't seen the first video go back and watch it b4 this one lol,,, we had to watch this all the way b4 u started chatting so would catch u saying it til the end anyway 😅🤣😂
They call it Derby in Tasmania but it is Darby in England despite the spelling! Another interesting piece, how flimsy is that front component Chris was removing.
That is a nice van, glad to see it 'up on the ramp' in the process of getting put back into use. Someone will enjoy this vehicle when it is fully done and setup.
I used to live in Derby for a couple of years in the early 80’s. Spent a lot of time in scrapyards getting bits off motors to keep my decaying Austin Maxi on the road. Most body parts were rusting after 3 years in them days! My car looked like Jacobs technicolour dream coat😂 Another great video, worrying how thin some of the metal is! Parts prices 🥲🥲🥲
What a hard way to make a living. You 2 guys work so hard. Sometimes you make a healthy profit. But stop telling people what you make on these vehicles. Its no body business.and I mean that in a nice way. I'm a big fan of yourself and Cris.
Thanks for showing the paint match. I've used these cans a few times. I matched the Proteo Red off an Alfa. The guy in the shop told me there were 13 pigments in the colour!
Hi Rob ,Chris ,what can I say Chris is a talented perfectionist lol ,no detriment to.you Rob I know you're both good at what you do ,great content, keep em coming stay safe all 👍
Black vans (or any Black vehicle) will show imperfections more than others. As you are probably aware its good practice to spray a dust coat in Black or another dark colour to then flat off a whole car when in primer. That doesn't apply in your case though. This does look like a quick job providing all the parts come together. Excellent and informative video again Rob and Chris. Stay safe guys. 👍👍
Brilliant video as always , shame about the rs turbo think it would be a show car with you’re attention to detail but that welding would be no good for Chris’s back plus it’s another long term project taking space up . Keep them coming
Loved your use of the word captivated Rob, I’m going to use that from now on, that bolt has been captivated from the other side, keep up the fantastic content Rob, love it…
I dunno about anyone else, but for me you fellas have overtaken Goonzquad as my favourite car repair channel now…yours is far more real life these days. Another 20mins of interesting content Chris & Rob 👍🏻
Another one saved boys !! Very interesting to see the paint being put into the can. Def the right move to shift the escort on. Have a great week boys and thanks for the amazing content 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
There’s a good bit of work in that van but it’s going to a lovely job when it’s finished…As for the RS as i said I think you’re both right too let it go…have a great weekend and we’ll see you on Monday evening all being well thank for the entertainment lads 😊
It’s just great watching the Nissan van coming back to “all square” again and I know it’ll get snapped up as soon as you post it for sale on Instagram! - (another great vehicle to get back on the road and back into the hands of some lucky person to help them earn their living…) - Well done Rob & Chris and best regards from “an old Thanet boy” 👍
Well guys love your videos. Just a little idea about your light flashing. I had the same issue with my kitchen light. And I just changed the fuse at the side of the light fitting. Cost a few quid. Bee a bit cheaper than changing to led. Keep the legal videos coming 👍🏻👍🏻
flashing tube like that is nearly allways the starter ( thats the inch long cylinder) leds are so much brighter ur better off to go over to them anyway
When changing a flouro light you will need a starter , just push turn & remove old starter , you probably have a cool white... Others look like warm white. But check first .
Great vid guys. Didnt know that you could get paint mixed in an aerosol..very good that. I always like to comment as i think you like the weather updates from "sunny"Norfolk.
It worth mentioning that paint and color (on the car outside exposed to the elements) age over the years, so it's not necessarily the accuracy of the colormatching is off it's just the sun and UV that changes the colors over the years. A common practice here is to take the fuel flap to the paint colormatching guy and let him take a color sample of that and mix the colors based on that measurement for you. Hope this helps some of you.
Enjoy watching the van videos you and Chris do there great rob. It's a shame about the rs but I suppose you could salvage original bits off it to replace the after market stuff on the other rs. Get a replacement starter in that flashing light 😆😆👍
Sorry forgot Jerry’s 👍 www.google.com/search?q=jerry's%20sittingbourne&tbm=
Top man Jerry
@RR PLAN C it’s just a piece off of the focus next to it
Ordered a small tin of paint from this guy but, unfortunately, received a Jerry can 🤣
Good luck with selling the other RS Turbo. Hope you make a healthy profit gents. Have a happy Sunday.

I thought when Chris was left himself he was going to be brave and give commentary . Masters at work as usual
no words are necessary you just look and learn and admire skill

Rob..so good watching you and chris working away so calmly..my heart rate goes up working on my cars, as the stress and frustration rates increase..!
Thank God, back to the reason I watch. Fixing salvaged cars or vans
Top skills from Chirs again 👏 coming along nicely

Hi Rob and Chris, not a bad looking van and coming together nicely, will be a nice buy as usual.cheers, Alex.

Would not have thought a Nissan van would prove to have such an expensive but with the slam panel! But one more video should see it driving away ! 👍🇨🇦
Hope you both have a good weekend and hope you are both staying safe and well
Love the van rebuilds. 💕

Your light may have a starter that you just turn & pull out, if you have another similar light it's easy to just try that first.
Another one almost done. Dam Rob that slam panel is made of gold?! A Range Rover one is cheaper hahaha
Great video rob and Chris very interesting like all off them you do well done both Chris is amazing guy how he does his work

Get a safety wire on that puller chain, I've had one slip and cracked my knee cap.....Ouch!!
