Hi Eurton Electric. That is very great detail of the motor rebuilding process of restoring the motor back to it's new condition. I was likely wanted to ask questions about Brushless DC motor repair and Rewinding. Like Brushless Outrunner motors from an Evolve GT electric skateboard with a KV rating of 150KV for example.

Depends on make and model Very much worthwhile for hi-end home and commercial models. Normal Rebuild $175.00 most models.

Most treadmill motors are D.C. motors. If your carpet machine runs on DC the motor should work well if the motor has similar power and speed

Yes, every day. We get requests for making motors go faster, slower, more power, less amps, reverse rotation and just about any other combination.

@@EurtonElectric Great! because i just got a 2.65 hp motor @95vdc (21.4 A) and i saw the rotor and it has a lot of room left to add more wire, i would like to make it 50v and maybe increase the amps 2.5 times.
