I was grinding 3-4 when i'm at history class, then i got akagi in the middle of that class, i almost cry in class because of nonstop 2 month of grinding

I feel eternally sorry for everyone that had to go through this. For some reason God decided to throw her and Kaga in my lap. I wasn't even grinding for either of them. I just cleared the node 100% and bam. Akagi.
got akagi during the last run to 3* clear 3-4 and kaga about a week of daily hard mode runs later. both are lvl99 and in my mob fleet now since my boss fleet already has formidable and enterprise in it.
Fox mines took me like 4 hours to do, ended up getting Akagi twice then the Kaga dropped. Back then was a newbie and didn't realize either I was lucky or it was normal. Fastforward few months later me doing 8-1 and 8-2 and let's just say it was not a fun time

Hiryuu took her revenge by teaming up with Nagato and Amagi to ruin the PvP meta for several months. You'd think her place was with Soryuu, but nope! Turns out building a fleet of optimal IJN units and then having a backliner that can't die and simultaneously kills you is pretty good.

Yuudachi surprised the living hell outta me. Foxes took months, as is standard, then Yuudachi spooked me from only my third 6-4 hardmode... That right there was my GTA SA "Awww sheeeit" moment. Blessed game XD

Ah yes.... The hell grind... I remember getting akagi after 500 runs and kaga after another 400 (12k and 10k oil) i got a few akagi dupes before... Anyway, i skipped 6-4 and 8-4 and went straight for jintsuu... The result was well... At least i have her now... after 80k oil spent.

Did you run Hard 3-4 daily too? That's how I got one of them, also Yuudachi. Oh and the SOS missions may have higher droprates. Either way good luck with the Isuzu,Jintsuu, Sendai, Maya, Chokai, etc. farming you'll do.
I got Akagi the first time I cleared 3-4 like a couple weeks or so after I first started playing last Christmas, I swear I thought it was a guaranteed drop. Kaga still eludes me to this day. Equivalent exchange...

I geted Kaga at my second day of farming 3-4 and after a week and some more days i finally get Akagi, the only character that never showed up is Z23 but i will probably get her farming other stage but now i just want to hug Hiryuu and tell her that her suffering has finaly ended

Even at a high level (my entire fleets are around 80-85), I never got Normal Akagi and Kaga. Even after 15 tries in a row. However, I did just get BBKaga and... Lolikagi... in the recent event.

Here's my experience : first clear Kaga And after 6 months Akagi At 8-4 I didn't knew Maya drop there. Farmed there since the start of PR1 till the release of PR2, well, well, well, seems like my Iron Blood fleet is usable now for FRIED RICE
You actually got fairly lucky. Some people have fully Limit Broken a fox before finding the other. Using duplicates. Fox Mines were nice to you because TH-camr Luck is OP. =P
And then there is me who got them both in like 2 weeks of avrage farming. Got Yuudachi in a week and now on to Maya. And that's after a year of playing and thinking that all of these SR are in the perma summons, so didn't bother farming for them before.
