  • Join me for this strengthening 20 Min Handstand Workout!
We'll start with warming up our wrists and continue with strengthening exercises for our shoulders and core. We’ll gradually progress to some handstand variations that will help us build endurance and the feeling of balancing ourselves upside down.
Some exercises are done with the help of the wall, to assist you in finding the right position and to increase the time spent on the hands.
The key to a solid handstand is consistency!
I recommend doing this routine a few times a week. It will help you build the endurance necessary for holding yourself upside down and get you more comfortable in a handstand position.
Check out my full body warm up routine:

I'm glad you are enjoying the workouts! Handstands and headstands both work on core strength. As you probably know the core consists of multiple muscles and not only the abdominals, so your entire core will get stronger and muscles bigger if you practice regularly. Also, make sure you add some cardio-mobility to your routine. It should help you get leaner. I believe consistency is the best thing you can do, so try to train regularly and enjoy the progress.

Really nicely put together: not to long and intense but sure a workout, perfect for every (other) day. Personally I need some more recovery between reps, especially my wrists so I just pause the video. I don't understand why you don't have more views!

I did this handstand for the first time and after doing the handstand hold on the floor I went straight in and was able to do a handstand hold without a wall every time. First time in decades! I'm over 40 years old!!! Please create more videos. Your content is so perfect and I can't understand why your subscribers are not in the millions yet!
Thank you, so much, for helping me grow stronger.

Thank you! This is exactly the level and exercises I needed. The video quality and routine is awesome. It took me pretty long finding this. Other videos were always either to easy or way to hard.
