    Hello hi, a question, how do you come up with number of rows and columns

      It comes from the number of inputs and outputs you have. Most problems only have one output. If you have 2 inputs and 1 output you will have 3 columns. If you have 2 inputs you will have 2^2 = 4 rows. Would a quick video help?
