You should show us how you remove the tampos.

I really wanted to, but I had some issues with the hood and grill on the truck, as I mentioned in the video.
I did explain in detail how I remove the tampos and the materials I use to do it. I even showed the acetone that I use to do it.
I hope to do a visual "how to" in the near future

Great videos. You don’t want to use acetone to remove it’s a paint remover obviously and too harsh on the actual paint. As if you’re using acetone hahah. You want to use Petrol as it’s not not as harsh on paint lacquer you still have to be careful obviously but much much much more forgiving on paint and removes tampos on first pass. Use a cotton ear swab dipped in petrol simple.

The type that you use is non-acetone, so just nail polish remover. There is a such thing as 100% Pure Acetone nail polish remover, but that stuff just chews right through paint. I mostly use 100% pure acetone for opening Hot Wheels cards easily so they don't tear. If you take your time with them and gently work the blister away from the card with an XActo knife, you can reseal the package when you're done without using any other glue. What I do is take two panels of good, thick paper towels, fold them together on the dotted line, then fold them again but the other way so they make a square, then one more time. Then I soak the towel on the hinged or folded end, place the card face up on top of the towel, BUT DO NOT MOVE THE CARD AROUND. Just hold it there in one place. Eventually, you'll see the liquid start soaking through the card. This is when you can start sliding your X-Acto blade between the card and blister and start working around the card, working quickly but carefully and methodically. If you go too slow, you run the risk of partially detampoing the side of the car. If you go too fast, you can easily leave traces of paper on the blister. Once I get them separated, I hang the card on a pushpin in a doorway so it dries faster and cleaner and without softening the corners. You might be tempted to try to remove the ink that sometimes gets transfered and stays on the back of the blister's mounting surface, but don't. The ink will help you align the blister properly on the card, plus there's a LOT of residual glue on that surface. When you're done modifying the car and if you want to repackage it, just make sure you still have some acetone in the paper towel, place the card face up on top of it, wait for the acetone to soak through the card, place the car on it, then lower the blister, align the two so that certain letters and lines meet up again, leave it ther for several seconds, then slide your fingers between the card and towel, keep good pressure on it and lift straight up and off the towel. Hold it so everything stays lined up until all of the acetone on the cartd is dried, and you should be good to go.
I've had a lot of QC and fit/finish issues with M2 cars and trucks, particularly in their axles, wheels and tires all being wobbly, as well as opening parts not being properly lined up, and in a few cases, having doors with hinges that barely fit at all and requiring major surgery just to get them to fully close. Their details and tampos are usually spot on though, but plastic add-ons, like bumpers, grilles, brush guards, mirrors, etc being cheaply made and in the case of some of their truck mirrors and all of their round, quad system headlights even being comically oversized.
I think a lot of their draw for me is in the diversity of the models that they have, their lack of ugly tampo tampos and the fact that they just don't do fantasy castings.
I like how well these came out. I think you're right about your bus being a 21 window model. They also had a 23 window versions, but I think those were earlier in their production, but yours looks like 21. I'm not into VWs enough to know about those 21 and 23 window production times. That's just what I think I remember from who knows when and where lol.

Me too. I don't play with my cars (🤫much🤫), so as far as I'm concerned, moving parts are just something else for the manufacturer to screw up.

Do you know a Expo erase marker is easier to remove tempos? It doesn't ruin the original paint?

We wouldn't have to do this if EVERYTHING was made as an advertisement. Go look at these sections in the stores and realize how many are covered in advertisement!

I agree. I am tired of this pop culture food logo stuff too. I can deal with some SRT hellcat livery occasionally, but I prefer stock looking paint jobs or mild custom graphics or stripes. M2 is worse than hot wheels nowadays, and it's sad to say, but greenlight is heading in this direction to
