I used automotive clear silicone from Canadian tire. I recommend to apply silicone around the open areas of connections that can expose to snow. I successfully survived last winter with the light. And to extend the life of the led ..I tapped to the low beam
This is the light for Tacoma..I just Fab the brackets to make it fit for the 4runner.if u look at the video..u will understand that how I made the brackets..it's pretty straight forward.

How did you make the brackets?? I need these for my grill as well.
By using the wheel center cup aluminum emblem..this thin sheet was easier to work with and it prevents from rust.

You can use any this aluminum sheets to make these brackets..I just made raptor lights for my subaru crosstrek with thin aluminum sheet..
