@rowanballinger3690 they aren't that expensive? I think I'm in it like 2 grand for all of my drones and equipment. It's cheaper and easier to deal with than my porsche.
@@bobbyleescott add up 15years worth I been flying since the smallest prop you could buy was 10 inch and stuck with kk2 boards, or even worse multi wee boards. And glass fibre frames. Trust me I’ve spent some money
This is amazing! I just bought a remote control and a SIM. I really wanna build one but I wanna make sure I’ll stick with it before I go investing too much money!
Thank you kindly, and welcome to the hobby 😃 That is definitely the way to do it. Rushing into things, especially early on, is a recipe for throwing away money on broken drones. First get some good hours in on the sim, learn to manage the throttle, learn the muscle memory for the various maneuvers, learn how to land. Next, get yourself a small drone / tiny whoop and start actually flying on that, and when you feel comfortable enough, move your way up to something bigger if that's what you're interested in. I fly a bunch of different small drones besides my 5" quads, they're loads of fun.
@@CrashTestFPV-jo1yn Thank you, and thanks for watching 😀 Something like three years, give or take I think... I have definitely been slower with progress though because I'm a really cautious person by nature and so I take longer to learn things in FPV because I don't crash as much 😆 Also, it's gets really cold here in the winter months so I don't fly much then. For this year though I bought some tiny whoops to fly around the house for practice, they're super fun 🔥
Thank you 😎👍 Honestly, I'm probably just as puzzled with the algorithm as you are, and I have no idea how it works. Recently I have been implementing tags like freestyle, FPV, drones, my user name, etc. I also changed up the style of my thumbnails, but that's basically it. Sometimes it seems like TH-cam likes my video and I get views, sometimes it seems like it hates me and I don't, I have no idea, honestly 😅 When it comes down to it, I just do this for the fun of it, to share my FPV adventures with other pilots, or just people that may have no idea what FPV is all about. If there is someone that comes along and sees my video and it sparks some interest in them to look into the hobby, then that makes me happy.
Is this 3D mode? I'm training daily on SIM and real life and I can't understand how to do these tricks where the floor goes out like the drone is going backwards
@@danielmachuca4399 This is regular ACRO mode, no 3D flying involved. Going backwards is all about throttle management, pitch angle and flicking yourself back to give the drone momentum. Try to keep your camera angle 25 degrees or below, and practice working that throttle together with the pitch axis, you'll eventually get it. Learning to go backwards, or to reverse your drone will help you gain additional control of your flying and allow you to avoid some crashes by being able to break at the last second, so definitely an important skill to master. Look up 'FPV drone reversal trick', there should be some videos that might help you out. I hope this makes sense, good luck!

wicked video, i hope i can start flying like this someday.

just do it, I did all or nothing too
if you wait tooo long you will never do it.
just go on an good analog setup, 1500TVL is really good image quality. The dvr you watch is always a lot worse that what you actually see
