These introductory videos are appropriate for both the 8th and the 9th edition. There are two major differences. 1. Chapters 12-16 are in a slightly different order. 2. In the 8th edition, there is no longer a chapter on Culture and Leadership; it is replaced by a new Chapter 12: Inclusive Leadership.
