    Love my Kubota MX6000. Just enough lift power to lift 2000lb pallets off the trucks and has hydro drive. Does everything I need it too with over 100 food plots a year

      Those are really nice! About 25-30hp light for what we would need tho. Planters...and some of our pallets get closer to 3000#s. I put over 500 hours on an L4610 back in the day with a similar lift capacity to that MX6000... definitely need something larger for what we would do. Also need a large cab with a buddy seat. Need a heavier tractor too...just to keep it from being too tippy on our hills lifting rednecks and moving down steep terrain. Definitely need bigger tho

    Working on thinning trees to get more light to the ground, cool time of year is nice for heavy labor.

    -15 Here in Northern Ny with 2 feet of snow in the woods and 6 to 8 foot drifts. We are hibernating here.. I would like nothing more than to be out in the woods today.

      @@whitetailhabitatsolutions9751 that's great advice. I recommend spending time in your heated hunting shacks like I did yesterday...pulled off a double yote kill just before dark and save a few fawns in the spring.

      @Smartass_McGee Yes it is. Yet 90 percent of the state votes Red and is a huge Ag state. NYC F's us....I own farm land and it's all Amish near me. It's a beautiful state North and west of Albany..

    Here in northern Michigan we have over 2 feet of snow. I was thinking about taking my snowmobile out and marking trees I want to cut but aside from that-we’re waiting a few more weeks it looks like 🤷🏽‍♂️

    I just cleared a big canopy area starting with the lower story trees first then took out some big trees . I don’t have help to burn but have a good leaf blower. Thick duff of leaves. Should I let the seed bank just do its thing or purchase some native seed blends?

    • @whitetailhabitatsolutions9751
      @whitetailhabitatsolutions9751  6 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      There is nothing you really can use, except electricity. Solar is a huge panel and a large number of batteries...we have one near our home that we can plug in. We have a cattle tank heater in it and that has worked down into the negative 20s.

    • @whitetailhabitatsolutions9751
      @whitetailhabitatsolutions9751  4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      We have them up high too. I can honestly say they blend in the best out of any blind we have ever use...up high or low. We have roughly 12 hard sided rednecks...and have used at least a dozen various popups. They are awesome! That new setup we have there we have had up to 4 year old bucks and various mature does walk right by within the first few days and they don't seem to mind one bit. Pretty dang cool! They give off a very soft, camo and hidden look. Zero shine. Very natural looking...

    Your thoughts on more rabbits bringing in more coyotes? Only real deer predator here in NE ohio.

    • @whitetailhabitatsolutions9751
      @whitetailhabitatsolutions9751  6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I would never worry about that. You could look at it a different way too in that coyotes are always going to be going around and never going away. However, you could say that with a lack of small game (and the thick cover that goes along with lots of wildlife) then coyotes will focus more on deer.
