Found a couple more damaging routes for 5D, but they are character dependant: 5D, HS, S (two hits), Jump, HS, S(one hit), HS, Jump, HS, HS And the other: 5D, HS, S (two hits), Jump, HS, K, HS, Jump, HS, HS The first one is the more reliable one and easier to pull off, but doesnt work on Ky (and maybe fails on other characters too) The second one does a little more damage but doesnt work against some characters or requires a pretty strict timing (its easy to do on Ky though). May update this comment with the complete character list, have to lab that still.
Either you arent inputting the 214[HS] quickly enough, or you arent sliding forward with the roman cancel. Input a dash right before the roman cancel and youll slide forward.
Complete newcomer to fighting games. I've played through the missions fairly well and loving Leo the most. What on earth does all the commands mean? Like 5P 5P 6P 236S. I play with a PS4 controller.
1:59 if you make the RRC a PRC (delay until after Leo lands the last hit of the overdrive) and delay the 2HS until they almost fall on top of you, and wallbreak with Blitzschlag (214HS b.s.) you end up with 276 DMG instead of 248. You still need the dash in the RC though, otherwise you can't end up close enough

Yeah but you can also do It like "auto" whiffing the 236HS AND you can still link 5K 5S
yeah it is pretty difficult also with a counter and one bar it does 187 damage so not even worth it. But still a fun combo to learn

If it's an anti air with 6P, I find cancelling into 214S is really good because you can do a back turn combo (like S > Super or something)

Go on Google and type in "Numpad Notation" it explains everything
imagine a numpad on a keyboard. 214 means basically quartercircel back. or 69 means forward and punch.

5D (jump) j.HS > J.S(2) forward jc. > j.K > j.S(1) > j.HS > j.HS is the optimal 5D combo i believe (194)

keep holding HS while doing 632146 S
Hold the 214HS for a little bit to keep yourself in BT stance, and then buffer the 632146 S during recovery

I tried to limit the amount of combos that aren't universal, but yah heavy chars sometimes have weight privilege. You can usually adjust for it though
