If you guys like my videos, go check out tinkering Taylor on TH-cam. He is a small engine repair place. Seems like a good guy from the UK and tell him I sent you. Thanks for watching Diane. I really do appreciate it and I hope you have yourself a great weekend

    that last one was pretty stuck, huh? looks like somebody before you had the same problem considering the grate has that big chunk of metal broken out of it?

    • @Jaythatdrainguy
      @Jaythatdrainguy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yup they go so long not being cleaned and then the plug up and won't drain at all and then the guys will get a called in and because there's so much water there then up putting the pic inside and just busting out the slots

    What is the word you use in the closing of all of your video’s?

    • @Jaythatdrainguy
      @Jaythatdrainguy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Trogna it's a word I made up I use it to mean good bye or see you later I started saying it to my wife and kids but my wife refuses to say it lol then I actually found out it means faith in Swedish and I just found that out probably about a couple months ago. But I've been saying this for years so I'm trying to get it to catch on and make it North American wide just so that I can prove to my wife that I made up a word. Lol. Thanks for watching. Have yourself a great day. Set on went

    Where does these drains go to? Because I heard some cities banned storm drains from going into the city sewer where they have to drain directly into water ways where they don't go to water treatment plants, meaning they would drain separately and directly into waterways, or if it's a small drain on a drive way or parking lot it drains out the front of the curb onto the gutter on the Side of the road then into a big storm drain Like I live in Erie Pennsylvania and most of the storm drains drain directly into waterways but in some areas in town because people would throw things down them they are not suppose to, so some go into the sewer then the treatment plant, so where does the water in these ones go?

    • @Jaythatdrainguy
      @Jaythatdrainguy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      They go to the sanitary drains which go to the treatment plants. Thanks for watching Patrick I hope you have yourself a great weekend

    Why do these drains need a basket to catch the debris? When you lift the drain cover, the floodwater drains with any debris in the pool of water. Sort of defeats the purpose.

    Thanks for the post.
    Are you hired to do these parking lot drains, or do you do it for fun/TH-cam?
    They seem so straight forward that any handy man or janitor could do them, so why hire a specialist?
    I hope you are hired to do them - to balance out the nastiness of the low rise apartment bath tubs.
