You don't need all the toppins for a P-rank, they just give you a lot of points, also I didn't even notice I missed a toppin

Usually, if you see those horse races, that means you'll win a toppin - don't think I've seen them ever be used as barriers to exits, that could end up killing a run as a result, but I'm sure there's some expert packs who *absolutely* would.
