You're supposed to either put in in the microwave or (the best way) put it in a bowl and put the bowl over a pot of steaming water so the heat makes the bowl hot and the chocolate will melt (bain Marie/double boiler).

yesterday I ate leftover thanksgiving food but it was cold so I microwaved it. And if u were wondering what the leftover food was it was stuffing, turkey, and ham. I ate the stuffing first then the turkey but it was dry so I got BBQ, poured some on the turkey and it was delicious. I also put the BBQ on the ham which was delicious as well. And I washed it all down with pineapple juice.

Wolfie the proper way to melt chocolate is to out the chocolate in a mini bowl and in a larger bowl put a little bit of water and boil the water then put the bowl with the chocolate in it and put it in the bigger bowl and stir the chocolate until it melts

should've mixed some coconut oil with the chocolate. would have melted a lot better, especially for the dark chocolate. never use water to melt chocolate.
also, when dealing with silicone molds, put a plate or tray underneath before filling them for easy transfer to the fridge/freezer.
lastly, they form suction when taking them out. that is why you screwed up the white chocolate ones. pinch the center of the mold once half way out where you screwed up the white ones to release the suction.

Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate instead of putting it in the microwave with water. You don't even have to put it in the freezer, it'll harden at room temp or in the fridge and you won't get the ice forming in the cups :)
