    Wow, Charlotte, you have come a long way! I'm amazed that you were able to speed up your process so much and do such lovely work and create a cohesive set of paintings for production week. Great narration of your process, and I can't see where you go from here! Well done! So lovely to be able to follow your process.

      @@CharlotteLindstromArt As I get further in the Mastery Program it'll be interesting to see how production week goes for me. I am very slow too ordinarily in my painting, so we'll see if I can learn a lot and speed up my process too! Look forwarding to whenever your next video comes out. I don't think you have posted anything since this... will have to check!

      Thank you so much! Ah, I totally understand. I thought I would feel that way too but giving myself more time to complete the paintings and just being kind to myself in the process really helped me. I am wishing you so much luck with your production week! ❤

    Your paintings have turned out really great! And your video is very helpful! Can you recommend the brushes you used? Or do you have a good recommendation for brushes? Thank you so much!

    • @CharlotteLindstromArt
      @CharlotteLindstromArt ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you! Some of my favorite brushes are: "Winsor and Newton Monarch Synthetic Brushes", "Black Swan Synthetic Red Sable Brushes" and "Utrecht Manglon Synthetic Brushes". I am sure real hair brushes are probably amazing to paint with but personally I only use synthetic brushes. :)
      I do use a big variety of brushes, mainly because different brushes can create different textures depending on the type of bristles, how hard, or soft a brush is, and of course the shape. I have some really cheap brushes that I've had forever too. I just like to make sure to have a few brushes of a variety of brands, sizes, textures and shapes.
      My absolute favorite brush is by Winsor and Newton Monarch Synthetic Brushes. It is a filbert and I believe it is a size 8 (though it could be a size 10) I've used it so much that the number is no longer visible 😅

    Hey Charlotte
    well, I'm asking this question before even seeing your video, so if you answer in the video, don't take it into account,
    but how does it actually work?
    you have your production week once a month you do all your paintings for the month and the rest you take care of your networks your marketing... and time for yourself
    or is that not the goal at all?

    • @CharlotteLindstromArt
      @CharlotteLindstromArt ปีที่แล้ว

      That would be a great business model but personally I strive to finish 2 paintings every 2 weeks. They are usually a much larger scale then the paintings I created in this video. I really enjoy taking time to paint every day and working on marketing, websites, content creation, etc. for a little while every day too.
      This was my first time doing a production week and I really loved it! I will probably do a production week every 3 months or so with smaller scale paintings. (To be fair, it will probably take me 3 weeks in total to create all of these paintings though, this video documented 2 weeks of work and none of them are finished yet.)
