Willie K was the greatest musician. A master at what ever instrument he played, awesome voice. He is singing for the ALMIGHTY now. We were so blessed to have seen him play in Maui 😊

I played drums with Willy 35 years ago. In San Francisco at a club called Morty on the North Beach. Great singer and guitar player. Gone to soon. Love to all.
So I was Will use second drummer back in 1983. Da Buggas was the band and we did the mtv video and went to LA to make it big. Willy went home and quit da band. Changed his name to Willy K.
I played with Kris the first time he ever played with Willie, on a New Years concert in Tahiti. He's not sad! He played with Willie for a long time. Willie was intense to play with, and you had to be on your game. I had a lot of fun with him, on the road and in the studio.
