Oracle only increases the healing YOU receive, its literally in the description. I think its just better to buy a magic item bc that does increase your healing/shield.
How about the shield from the Ultimate?
Yes definitely that's true. If i have oracle then only i will get the extra heal. If my other teammates wants then they will also have to buy Oracle. But my Oracle will help to increase the ult shield + FOTO's shield that's why i recommend it. Also it's hybrid defence will help to be a bit tanky. Either buying all magic items can be caused of getting burst by any opponent hero's one combo ;)

@emilymlbb Oracle only increases any regen or shield YOU receive, so that means it doesn't increase the ult shield.

This is really the best build, you can use frost wand to slow ememy. Better tan fleeting time use magic wings. It gives you more magic power wich converting in heal

Hi Idol ✨ I enjoy watching your videos, I created my own build on angela that consists of Demon boots with healing roam, Fleeting time, F.O.T.O and then just filling the rest of my build with holy crystal, its funny cause of how many people underestimate the build then regret it after they see the full power of it with its 1k healing 😂😅

The answer is- Yes
Reason- Angela's ultimate shield depends on magic power. So if you buy more magic power items, your shield amount will also increase💕

Try searching for patterns here with its corresponding possible aspirant skin before spending 😅. My pattern showed that I might get Ruby or Angela and it was legit 😅
