There are different styles of djing. People don't understand that djing is basically playing recorded material. Look it up! There are different techniques for djing also. Some djs are turntablists which is very technical and there ares some who are more club djs meaning they mix music and play for the crowd.
Kentaro is a 4 time DMC World Champion since 2001, thats just as many championships as DJ Qbert. and if you don't even know who Qbert is you must be new to turntablism/Djing
and one of my friends says that this is piece of shit.... not a dj... i was like "are you serious?? " i mean, nowdays if the guy has a laptop and a pare of speakers, and he jumps from song to songs, so he can call him self a DJ.... wtf.... nobody is even trying to do something special, they just press sync button and that's it, done. i really respect dj's like Kentaro, they put lots of effort into their live sets, they improvise and stuff. sorry for a bad English
Actually I think he uses timecode as well, which means he uses the best of both worlds. I think only the turntable on the right dedicated for vinyl. So why is everyone blaming DJ's, who use some some sort of software. I mean I also got started with turntables but as the technology progressed I didn't see any reason for carrying my heavy turntables to the different events.
