I love having a light sprout salad. Mix the sprouts with some chopped onion, tomato, cucumber (chillies - optional) and season with salt and lime (you can add some chaat masala too), top it off with some fine sev and garnish with some chopped coriander. It is my favourite way to enjoy sprouts.
If u r alone sometime only Better make khichdi with all the vegetables , it’s really so satisfying and time saving also , but if u love cooking then its all fine😊

I used to hate the smell of sprouts too but then I came up with a nice recipe. All you have to do is boil the sprouts and then saute it with tomato , chilli and onions , sprinkle salt, coriander powder, garam masala and Chaat masala and you will relish the taste of moong sprouts like never before ! Do try it ! And another thing , where did you buy this bowl from?
With sprouts you can add cucumber 🥒 along with finely chopped tomatoes and put a little chat masala and mix ,if you have sweet corns you can add that as well and lastly add a little coriander... you will really like it that way ..it tastes really good and it becomes more of a salad 🥗,I hope it helps

It is a simple recipie my mom told me as I hated sprouts. Add little oil in a pan, add a pinch of asefotida, mustard and cummin seeds, add sprouts, stir fry them and add little salt and red chilli powder. Add one cup of water and squeeze little bit of lemon to it. You cana dd little cilantro for taste as well. Simmer it for a few minutes and thats it. Enjoy easy and healthy sprouts

You could just fry some zeera in one spoon of ghee and then add your sprouts into it... Cover it with a lid until they get buffed a little, if required sprinkle some water add your pink Himalayan salt or sea salt whatever you like and just good to eat.... Nice and healthy.

To make the sprouts more bearable ( and actually quite tasty ) add medium diced cucumber, tomato and onions. You can even add some diced boiled potato if you want. Then squeeze the juice f half a lemon and sprinkle some chat masala over this. After eating this entire bowl of goodness I am sure you will start loving sprouts . This is my go to evening snack :)

On a medium flame take a pan and Add a tablespoon of olive oil in the pan and add tumeric and salt to it.add your sprouts and mix them.put some water in d pan like half a cup for a bowl of sprouts and cover the pan with the lid and keep the flame low.let them steam. You can take it off the heat once the water is gone. Serve it with some lemon. This is how i make them try it once

You could add some chopped cucumber and tomato and with some chat masala, salt and lemon and saloni..is it okay to have dahi at night because generally my grandmother dont let me eat it at night whenever i visit her

It's okay to have dahi as far as I know unless you have a cough or cold.
You can add tomatoes and cucumbers with a bit of salt and pepper with sprouts
