"Underwater City" manipulation tutorial in Photopea!

In this video I show you how to create an underwater city by manipulating photos in Photopea! this is super easy to do and very rewarding when completed. By the end of this you should be able to create an underwater city as well as add your own imagination to it.

Hey Cambit i have a problem with my photopea everytime that i try to upload my thumbnail on youtube it always say "file corrupted" and when i try to save it on photopea it won't show what i've done. Any ideas how to fix that?
