Technically, you can. But only If you have the time to get a decent audio version of the book, and the time and specs to get the model to process successfully the whole thing.
I've done it with Spanish ebooks and suisei's model by dividing the process chapter by chapter, anything more than that was going to kill my machine and/or be to difficult to do proper quality control.
Idk if it will be able to mimic English correctly, but now it's pretty easy to try out if you follow the instructions of the tools!
