    Is that water damage and mold everywhere in the garage?

    How far away from stores, etc ?

    Is it all legal ?

      Hello @cfatal3290, At the moment with the current law it is not, but the laws are always changing. There is no risk, the owner has lived there for several years without any problems. The only difference is that the buyer has to have all the money, the bank doesn't make mortgage loans, because it considers that there isn't a house there.
