    To everyone struggling with anxiety or falling asleep : close your eyes, listen deeply to the sound of the river, breath in count to five , breath out count to five, do this as many times until you are calm or asleep. Don't forget your are not alone, you are loved and you are special. 💕

    I have slept to this sound many many times. It's very relaxing. One of the best and is no other sudden noises.
