If the person who provisioned your device with an alternate home screen did their job properly, there is no way for you to bypass those controls.

my work uses these.. Problem is we need 4 or 5, and they only give us 2.... Which makes me angry.. Its a great tool, but there is a problem in pricing when a big store can't buy enough for everybody.
