You will have to get a concern certificate from the college that you have studied English subject in graduation.
You will have to show it at the time of document verification. Get it made anytime before or after the exam.

Hello...pls reply I will be doing my master's in travel and tourism management in english medium (no hindi subject) did bachelor's in other subject in english medium had english as a subject in the 1st year (no hindi subject) had hindi and english in 11th and 12th, if i do pgdt from IGNOU in hindi medium will i be eligible for the exam???
