Did they change Fernando ult in the past 6 months? If not then its not as good as you're hyping it up to be. Literally just avoid him for 5 seconds then kill him.

You're misunderstanding how it's used. Fernando ult is used to save himself and teammates from death and from powerful incoming ultimates. See a Seris ult, BK ult, Drogoz ult, Ash ult, Imani ult, Viktor ult, Ruckus ult, Androxus ult, etc., etc., etc., that's going to destroy you or a teammate? Pop Fernando ult and laugh in the enemies' faces! Fernando's ult is one of the BIGGEST reasons why he's picked at high elo.
