She said all that you talking about healthy eating, that you are on point with it. Hi Sandy and Mike. It's unfortunate that you both have to address things like that. I do make shakes as well as a replacement meal and they are delicious. Keep doing what you and Mike are doing. After all, it's important to look after your health, what with all the processed foods that are being sold now. Another thing: what does it mean to cook like a Trini woman. Sandy, you and I live in foreign countries: you in America and I in Toronto, Canada and when things are not available, we adapt and sometimes we change the way we cook. I normally would not have said anything but I truly needed to address it because when she said that my husband should walk out on me because I love shakes. Mike had heart surgery and and he has to be careful with his diet etc. we eat everything in moderation my love. And the part with Trini women should know how to cook was crazy because women all over the world knows how to cook .
