Chris , LOL your last words , straight out exactly from the chaps " Lateral Line " I love watchingthese two guys!! Really fun and educational always , million Likes brother!!
Always fun and educational to watch your video. On my first and only yellowtail trip three years ago, Sea Samurai (Kevin) helped me get three yellowtails. I need to make another trip soon.
Very good video Chris. Appreciate the education on Kayaker etiquette. Some of us are newer to kayaking and I can be oblivious to the obvious sometimes. I’m going to look-up the reverse dropper loop. Nice slug YT! Thanks!
awesome stuff man, loved your videos since subscribing. I'm an amateur angler myself based in SD too, setting up my kayak gear at the moment... From what I've gathered, I should expect to get reels accomodating 30-65 lb braid spooled at least 4-500 yards? What do you think?
Hey Chris loved the video! Where do you normally find your bait at? And what do you use to catch it? I fish the same waters but I’m new to area still trying to learn
Hi Gpettooh, I just use the cheap mustad gaffs they have at Dana Landing. I prefer 4' bamboo for kayak, and i like a smaller gaff hook size for these inshore target species. The bigger gaff hooks are harder to sink and do more damage to the meat.
Hey Chris, I recently found your channel and subscribed after watching just a couple of your vids, great content man, great stuff. I'm looking for a little advice, I live in the Caribbean and I'm considering kayak fishing down here, it's not common but I want to start. Can you recommend me a fish finder sub US$500 for that? I looked at your vid on fish finders but there's so many out there and i've never bought or used one before. Any suggestions or help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Again, thanks for the content.
Here’s a good option sub 500$. Thanks for watching! www.amazon.com/dp/B076W9W5LL/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_0JSJ66HBTVK8JP24GJE1?linkCode=ml2&tag=chrisblevinsk-20
I love your channel, I am actually considering buying a kayak that I can take out and catch some serious fish on. What kind of kayak would you recommend for ocean fishing?

Whats your budget?
@@chrisblevinsfishing I'm looking at hobies, so over a grand
Been looking into a new rod and reel set up for yellowtail what would u recommend? My budget would be around $500 less if possible 🙌🏼
So- how do you prepare and eat your yellowtail?
Do you freeze with seal a meal?
Any recipes or prep tips?
Thanks for a great channel :)
