i sometimes forget how long I've been watching
5 years ago, wowza
Jack is so nice
S Hot
right!?! He's by far the most kindhearted person there, at least that we get to see. I always feel bad when they're mean to him, and they act like the audience dislikes him too even though we love him
Xystem 4 Mm he is. I've read quite a bit maybe like a few years ago that Jack replies the most to fans in Xbox messages.
I remember the days of Rooster Teeth that was just RvB, and Achievement Hunter with Jack and Geoff. I honestly think they should do like a progression video
It's strange to look back at old videos and see just how much space they had in the office back then. Now they can barely fit seven people in there.
reading this was wild
Shoutout to TH-cam's algorithm for suggesting a five year old video - I'm not even mad, this is awesome
I watched this when I was like 14 and I vaguely remembered this but now I not only know how to do this but realize how old AH and myself have gotten.
-2019
Why am I watching all these again. It's giving me so much nostalgia from back in year 5 and 6 when I first discovered AH
I remember seeing this years ago and wanted to add it to my set up took awhile to find the video again
Shoutout to TH-cam's algorithm for suggesting a ten year old video
Jack, HUGE props to you for taking your time and doing these interesting behind the scenes videos!

Was Jack actually a Japanese schoolgirl back then?
he still is
Jack looks so much better here than now in my opinion
No, Jack isn't Jack without the beard. He looks really freaky in the older videos.
he looks like a little boy here and a gross homeless man now
ethan schreiber like the way it's supposed to be.
Jack... Jack is just a legend. Not much more to say than that. Classic, entertains the world of gamers and uses humour to do his job and brighten up peoples days a few times a week. Geoff too what a legend, been in the army and still comes out with compassion for his wife and daughter which shows he's not just another jarhead and accompanies Jack in his... adventures. Watched Achievement Hunter and Rooster Teeth from the beginning and don't plan to stop anytime soon. Keep it up guys :) - Connor
How about now?
@@fantasyfan9320lol
jack the not having beard guy
Crazy how far they've come now
I'm not 100% sure but this might of been the 1st achivement hunter video I ever saw way back in the day
@Mnagwa415 Depends on the video. HORSE takes by far the longest. Sometimes shooting HORSE can take around 5 hours. Then I have to go through and shoot the gameplay, edit it down, then do audio with Geoff. After that is all done, we slap it all together and send it through Compressor, then upload it.

Wow...watching in 2016...
+SuperbHappyGuy SAME
Wow! It's almost as if the video has just stayed up on TH-cam for 5 years without being taken down.
Watching in 2017
I started watching back in 2012 so seeing how much they’ve grown by going back to these videos is mental!
great video! can't wait for more behind the scenes.
This is scary. It really takes me back
Back when your desks didn't have the awesome shit it has today
Wow that's a pretty good idea! Aesthetically pleasing as well as useful. Gotta love Roosterteeth more.
They finally explain, because ever since the first time we saw it we were mesmerized
I used to want this but then I thought "What if I wanted to play that game again
Sonicfalcon16 buy an empty game case?😂 or take the game out of the box and get something to keep it in😂😂😂
Or just use a game with a broke. Disc or a DVD
See?! How hard is that 😂
HOLY SHIT
The first thin I noticed is that Jack doesn't have a beard.
so strange...
You guys need to bring these back!!
I just made one and it looks super cool! Thanks RT!!!
Now... How do you get it off without falling
You don't, you just never use them again
What?? You should be able to take them down just fine.
How have 3people all managed to not figure the simple answer, take the disk out of the box, put it in a plastic disk case or another case? Then you can have a shelf and play your game, or use a game you don’t like if you don’t want to do that😂😂😂
wow the days of no lads
Just did this for my house, it looks so amazing.
Jack is awesome
Jinkies velma
Oh My GOD.
Doesn't Gavin break them ?
Been waiting years for this!!
Lifes greatest question has finally been answered. Praise Jack!!!!
I'm in love with Griffon
I like jack, he really seems like a very nice person to know and be around.
This comment aged so well.
I always wondered how you guys did it! I figured all of the games were hooked together somehow, actually (superglued together or something), but this makes sense too.
i love jack
Is that even possible? Can I love them even more?
World in Conflict is pretty beast, glad its up there
GENIUS
I like that idea, thanks!
Cool! I will totally do this for my house!
FINALLY THANK YOU!
That's awesome!
I just did this in my game room! It looks so cool!!!! :D
its pretty easy to do
I want to try that now, thanks jack.
Jack is a mystery buster!
Jack is so cool.
Jack is a beast
YES!!! i was just telling my wife how i wanted to do this with my games. hoorah! great timing with the how to video!
YAY THX SO DOIN THAT NOWW
Just made mine today and its great! If anybody has questions I can help.
Yay!! My life is now complete! :))
That is pretty cool.
jake is so awesome
Thats awesome
going to do this right now
I fully intend to do this for a bookcase/tower.
Maybe not as well though, books might be harder to secure... worth a try though.
FINALLY!!!!
thats so cooooool
@orrick7 I cut out the side of a case and just slid it on to the brakets. I didnt secure it on the inside because it wasnt necessary. But if you want you can glue it.
MAGIC..!!!!!!!!
Thanks Jack for another cool video. It's always fun to see what you record, wether it be Geoff moving around a lot or just information on how you record videos and such. I'd give you a high five but I'm afraid of how that would turn out...
Anyway, you're awesome and keep up the good work :)
i like this trick because i had so may games and not enough shelf's so this was a very easy and cheap fix for it and it looks bad ass in like a man cave setting type thing
so cool
I drilled mine right into the game case, worked fine.
Thank you Jack, this also works for books for you book type nerds out there
lol, I remembered them talkin about it on the drunk tank
So, Jack and Geoff have a huge CD rack somewhere with all these games in them. That must be one hell of a CD rack, considering all the games they've looked at over the past few years.
i think i might do this someday. right now all of my cases are in a box since i keep the discs in a disc wallet. but I only have like 50 games, so it would look at epic as this.
Mind has been blown O.O
While it wasnt hard to figure out a couple months ago when everyone was screaming to explain how you guys did this...
I will be doing this to my wall tomorrow :)
thanks for this, i decided to make one for myself :D
Thanks :D
Thanks Jack :3
this is my project for tomorow
@snelpiller Yeah, especially since it looks like all of them are super-glued (or something) to the wall, eachother or the brackets.
that was one of the coolest things EVA
TOUR OF WORKPLACE GOGOGOGOOG
Awsome, now do a video of all the games you have!
That is awesome I'm gonna do this
OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG my vision of Jack has been completely shattered
i actually thought thats how you did it !!
I looked at the thumbnail, then the title, and figured out that it was probably something like that xD Pretty cool, but simple to work out.
I didn't even notice that. Pretty sneaky Jack.
SWEET.
I can't believe this necessitated a video. Next thing you know, they're going to do a DIY series. Although I guess Achievement Hunter is sort of like that, but you know what I mean. Maybe they'll give Griffon her own series where she shows how she made all of their neat props. If we're that desperate for videos, I would rather have a video tour of the Rooster Teeth office.
Cool I wanna try that
That is awesome how did you think of that
best home improvement for a man cave if your that type of guy or for a game room for your kids and you sometimes
MORE BEHIND THE SCENES
I always thought the bottom one was just a bit of wood painted to look like a game. But I can sleep better now knowing how it's really done. :)
I did it! So cool!
Behind the Scenes is cool
I guess you have to sacrifice one case for every base/supporting ''shelf''. I think that you can get empty cases somewhere and just print out any game you want, but the green ones are probably harder to get.
I like it when Jack does these......did these.
I always thought they put a piece of glass under them fixed to the wall with a L bracket. Pretty smart Achievement Hunter.
