| France edged Poland in five sets to secure the third ticket for the Final Four of the 2021 FIVB Men's Volleyball Nations League.
Here's the reaction after the game, from the virtual Mixed Zone:
Wilfredo Leon (Poland): "We had already qualified to the Final Four. Okay, we lost today, but we will learn from this match and we will make it better in the next matches. I think we made too many mistakes. In the tie-break we were a little bit down in the spike, there was some lack of concentration also in other elements."
Benjamin Toniutti (France): "I think it was a good game. We were playing good in block-defence, we were touching a lot, we missed some counterattacks at some moments of the game, but we stayed in the game until the end. It's always difficult to win against Poland, so it's a really important win and now we are going to the Final Four."

France playing cool I like the French style of play with smiles and laughter. Poland puts too much pressure on itself.
Kinda true but they looked like they were lauthing at poland too. They were not just like having fun only, they felt better than them and they wanted to show it. Especially after they started blocking them so many times. But its only my opinion.
Polish guys have been under a lot of pressure also because of the Olympic team selection that lasted until after this match. Hopefully they will play a bit more relaxed in the final four, now that they know who is going to Tokyo.

In my opinion Leon is younger than ngapeth, and he is taller than Ngapeth. So he is more likely to score. Still, ngapeth's abilities and style of play are unique. Both are talented players.❤️

Tylko że w przeciwieństwie do piłkarzyków siatkarze załatwili sobie awans do półfinałów już dzień wcześniej i mogli sobie przegrać ten mecz ;)
@@adrianovy5890 Zgadza się, siatkarze mogli sobie pozwolić na przegraną. Ale gdyby wygrali, zajęliby po przed rundą finałową 1. miejsce, wyrzuciliby z pierwszej czwórki Francuzów i wprowadzili Rosjan, z którymi już raz wygrali 3:0. Poza tym byłyby 3 słowiańskie reprezentacje w pierwszej czwórce.

I wonder Kurek was the main man before Leon arrived and now he s here I feel from what I ve seen like being n°2 doesnt please him Idk. I would be pissed if I was him. Leon is so strong and powerful that he could almost literally lead a team by himself offensively.
There are teams for which you root for and players by whom you are awed. N'Gapeth is always the latter for me.

Kurek wasn’t putting a single ball in the court. (He actually did but it was for nothing)
Leon aced twice but he had a lot of service errors. I better have a consistent server than a acer. With a consistent server you can block, defend or even hope for a spike error. But serving in the net is a no go.
And the two blocks on Leon from Boyer were a DECIDING FACTOR. It gave the French a boost and it dropped Poland’s team morale.

対アメリカ戦、アメリカがサーブミスが多かったのも有るが予想より接戦で各セット20点以上取れたのは良く頑張った。西田が怪我明けで万全じゃないことを考えれば本番ではもう少し接戦に持ち込めるのではと期待出来る。

I'm new to volleyball but at 4:02, Leon is in the back position but he goes into the front and spikes after touching the front part of the court, is that allowed?
He’s actually front row. In SErve receive the left side hitters will almost always pull back to pass even if front row. The front row players were leon, nowakowski, and Kurek. The setter was back row.
