    It's refreshing to hear an honest description of Russians being emotional and short-tempered. That always seems to get left out. All you hear is how sincere and warm-hearted they are once you get to know them.

    the verbs may be difficult for native english speakers because english is sort of a lazy language.... the verbs hardly change with every pronomoum but that's not the case for many other languages so it might be a bit easier to understand (i mean, russian verbs work in a similar way to italian or portuguese, for example). ex: eu faço/tu fazes/ele faz/nós fazemos/vós fazeis/eles fazem - I do/you do/he does/we do/you do/they do - io faccio/tu fai/lui fa/nos facciamo/voi fate/loro fanno

    Russian uses another alphabet. The transliteration to Latin alphabet may be different depending on which system of transliteration you use. Use the transliteration as a help for learning and stop using it as soon as you feel comfortable reading directly in the Cyrillic alphabet.

    • @williammatthews1609
      @williammatthews1609 9 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Actually in this case she's right, she's telling you if you bump into someone NOT to say nothing, meaning to say something which would be izvinite or prishu preshanya (sp?) So in this case grammatically, and ideologically she's right.

    Nope, she's 100% Russian. Russian is my mother-tongue, and I am sure she has absolutely NO accent at all. And: Russia is very big, and it contains much more Asia than Europe, so there is no problem with her being Russian and Asian at the same time.
