"Im not just a beater" is not a translation error!! Remember when he got the titled Beater because he was a Beta tester and a Cheater when he defeated the first boss in SAO
Yui literally said her designation is MHCP001, Mental Health Counseling Program 1. Kirito's location data was corrupted because the last location in SAO was on the glass platform watching over the destruction of Aincrad.
As much frowned upon it is in my country, cousin marriage is very common, also it isn't illegal in Japan either. Just think of him as adopted by strangers and just enjoy the show.
I'm just saying this to avoid misunderstanding for you guys and everyone else who doesn't know this In a lot of countries including japan, marrying your cousin isn't considered incest. And when i say a lot of countries, I mean it. You can search it yourselves and see that arguably countries which marrying your cousin isn't considered incest are more that countries which marrying your cousin is indeed considered incest. So if you find this arc weird, just know that it's just a cultural difference
You’re like the 100th SAO fanboy to rush to their comments saying “trust me, it isn’t weird.” This arc is weird for more reasons than cousin stuff though.
@zacharyfewins8087 yeah yeah whatever you say. first of all i was just saying some facts. That some few countries are not the whole world. I also agree that some scenes in this arc are weird(albeit it's anime only). I wasn't defending that. And second. Like you can say something when you are a mushoku tensei fan. that shit is 1000% more weird than whatever sao anime shows us
@ I find the people who jump in defense of mushoku tensei to be weird as well. I only have one point of defense for mushoku tensei, and that’s that he has the brain chemistry of a child, but it’s still really weird stuff sometimes.
@@zacharyfewins8087 the thing is mc in mushoku tensei is not the only weird thing about franchise. It's a lot more than you think and anime hasn't shown them yet
What Kirito did at the end was essentially a frame perfect parry followed by a critical hit to a weak point. While his maxed Sword skill is certainly helping, it's not as simple as beating someone with your stats like he did with Titan's Hand in episode 4. His general proficiency at VRMMOs and insane reflexes did half the work.
I do really Suguha a lot.. but a certain knight will always be my favorite. Honestly, I really vibed with her chemistry with Kirito in this arc. The banter is the best of the four (a certain blue haired girl is a close second for chemistry, though). Still hate how much the fanbase hates on her, though. I bet it wouldn't be half as bad if they were written as non-blood related adopted siblings, like Eren and Mikasa (I always compare the two situations because I watched AOT and SAO back to back in 2014, in case you wonder why I randomly brought it up).
Honestly, I wish it wasn't. I've been told by the novel readers that the harem elements are more anime only.. which kinda makes me annoyed that the studio tried to push that..
@ultrahotwings9738 I agree. Everything outside of the love interests (besides Asuna and a few rapey scenes) is very compelling storytelling. Which is why the 1st half of season 1 is so rewatchable, because you don't have much of a harem building, it's just people stuck in a world trying to find comfort in whoever they can.

Also, it's just a one-sided crush and only there in the story to make the plot twist in the next episode more interesting. So /shrug
Really love your reactions: sword art online is one of my favourite, I hope you keep watching it

Man this story arch angered me so much when I first watched it
2:04 There she is, the most underrated SAO character. Like this comment if you love Suguha's character.💚💚

☄️☄️
SAO is widely considered a harem anime, so get used to people falling for this nerd (cousins included)

@@ultrahotwings9738 I agree, but at least Reki, the author, has aknowledged this mistake and said he's stopped doing this.
I'm surprised you guys haven't watched Arcane yet. Love the reaction
