This is why each and every one of those earmarked should be stand alone..in that I don't agree with Mike Lee. That he doesn't think that each and every project doesn't need to be judicated, in his words. Isn't that exactly using his biblical quote, dog returning to it vomit? He is advocating for using earmark? It's got to be one earmark one bill, or business as usual? This shows me that Senator Lee has become part of the Washington DC Swamp.

If every earmark had to stand alone, they would first be highlighted, and second most likely would NOT pass.

The rule should be that if there isn't time for it to be debated on the floor than it will have to be held over until the next years budget some time before next September. Then congressmen would push to get this stuff to be taken care of all year long one right after another instead of pushing it as one huge bill that no one gets to read it or understand it. No more multi item bills is what the people demand. Deal with spending one item one bill.

      The federal reserve.
      Federal Reserve is NOT government.

Likely China and Ukraine took more than what our budget could stand. And they want more. Everyone wants a piece.

    Senator Mike Lee,
When you have the floor sir,
Would you support "the United States Standard for Peace" legislation
    #1we are defensive not offensive
    # we have no territorial disputes
These ✌🏼 stabilizing factors alone if stated can bring normalcy to the timeline , legislation by us , legislation by allies. Peace be with you Rep Mike. Look forward to your response.
