I 💜 this episode. This is my first time listening to The Called Women Show. I struggle with a friend that is negative towards my marriage and doesn't want to see me hurt because I have been in domestic abuse before. My husband is not violent, first and foremost. I have a new friend and neighbor that prays with me and I do the same with her. She constantly reminds me that the enemy doesn't want to see me happy. I struggle with letting old friends go. As I grow closer to and in Christ I know that there is no friend worth my relationship with God.
Truly agree with the need for God-centered relationships. Those with you in the good and bad. And especially now that we are out of the pandemic, in person friends! No more text friends but need those who are willing to be authentic. I believe
Much needed discussion in current times. During a very difficult and dark time in my life my circle was revealed. While it should not have been a surprise because I’d been getting hints over the years but just ignored them. I played my part in responding to the hurt with hurtful conversations for one that I considered closer than others. Sisterhood/ships are vital but having these types of conversations gives biblically guidance on friendships. David and Johnathan friendship I recently read about gave a great blueprint for friendship. Jonathan was a true friend to David.
Natasha. I have been praying lately for God to make the friend to others that I want to receive. Prov 18:24. I have been more intentional about just stepping out and introducing myself to women when I am in close proximity. Especially as I am lead.
We want to hear from you. What are some of your biggest challenges when it comes to female friendships?

My biggest challenge is when to end a friendship and find a safe and trustworthy friend in a later stage of life and a new location.
