First time trying the bench

- It’s been over 7 years since I was told that I had shaman guides. I never really believed that I was given this gift when I felt so normal all my life. I doubted my gift over and over until the day I finally got pushed to try the bench. I apologize for the video since it’s a bit shaky.
At first glance I thought that anyone could easily shake those bells and was super skeptical. My master challenged me to try the bench so I did. Little did I know I was going to be in for treat. My head started to get hazy and felt as if someone was holding my heading and moving it in a circular motion (it was my guides way of payback for testing them.) Then the bells started shaking by themselves and I could feel some external force trying to get me to stand up as well as jump on the bench.

Just watching you shake made me so teary and sad. I can feel that its them crying. After i stopped watching my emotions and tears are no longer there.
It can be like that at times when were spiritual gifted

She ended up coming in Sacramento during that time and I happened to be there at the ceremony.
Even though she’s not local, we do everything over the phone or virtually. Usually whenever I need to get ahold of her I just call.
I don’t mind being long distance because a master can only teach you so much. There will be a point in time where your will comes into play. Whether your journey becomes successful or not it’s going to depend on your willingness to learn and a lot of humility.
@confessionsofahmongshaman4513 how did you find her and know she's ur xf? Did you knew ahead of time and then happened to be there?
I found her by accident. My wife actually met her first then introduced us. I met her 7 years prior to trying the bench with her. I chose her not because of her skills but rather because I trusted her and saw her as a role model to follow. Don’t get me wrong, she is super accurate and when we first met she told me things I never told anyone else about.
I’ve tried to do the egg hold for master but it never stuck. I just made it a decision and told myself that I knew she was my master and nothing else could change my mind. I just went with it and so far it’s worked really well.
